There are a number of scientific projects supported by State Committee for Scientific Research. The research team of the Center is currently involved in the following projects:

• Manufacturing of Thermally Stable Ohmic Contacts to High Power/High Temperature Semiconductor Devices.
• InGaAlAs/GaAs High-Power Lasers and Laser Bars for the 780-810 nm Range
