June 15, 2012 in the Royal Castle in Warsaw took place the gala of the fifteenth edition of the Polish Product of the Future, organized by Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. The main prize in category “Product of the future in the pre-implementation phase” went to project “Quantum Cascade Lasers” of the Institute of Electron Technology.
