On behalf of the Organizers of the 3rd National Conference on Nanotechnology -
nano2009 we would like to invite you cordially to the international exhibition of
research instruments, vacuum equipment, nanomaterials, relevant technologies and
commercial products accompanying the meeting. To our best knowledge, the profile
of your Company fits very well to the scope of the exhibit.
The market of nanotechnology equipment users and consumers of nanomaterials in
Poland is growing very fast. We can assure you that NANO 2009 in Warszawa offers
to your Company a unique opportunity to meet your current and/or future customers
from all over Poland on single spot in time and space. The exhibit booths will be
located close to session halls, and the main coffee serving area.
Thus, strong interaction between exhibitors and participants will be facilitated.
The building of former Warsaw University Library provides the convenient exhibition
area with up-to-date technical facilities. The Warsaw Old Town and King's Castle is
just within 10 minutes walking distance from the Conference venue.
We believe that close relationship between the producers and distributors of scientific
equipment and the community of the Meeting participants is of great importance to
further development of nanotechnology and nanoscience in Poland. Therefore, your
participation in the Exhibit would be highly appreciated. In order to register, please,

A standard booth of 4.5 m2 equipped with 2 chairs and 1 table will be offered at the
rate of 1000 Euro. This price includes the full registration fee (250 Euro) for a
representative of your Company. More space as well as additional furniture and facilities
could be provided at extra cost. Detailed conditions specified in the Registration and
Contract Form will be sent to you right after receiving your electronic registration.
Furthermore, any form of sponsoring of meetings would be highly appreciated and we
shall work closely with you to provide a proper form of recognition of your support.
