The idea of our seminars is to present the latest achievements and trends in fundamental techniques for nano- and microfabrication in Research and Development. Since various interesting solutions have already been implemented
in the field of bonding and lithography, the scope of the first seminar is to give an overview of these new techniques
and modern equipment.
The seminar is organized jointly by

the Centre of Nanophotonics at the Institute of Electron Technology.
