Presentation

• The standard presentation set-up will consist of a Laptop with Microsoft OS (Windows 7), projector, screen, pointer and lapel microphone.
• Acceptable formats are: .ppt, .pptx, .pdf
• Authors have the option of providing their own computer.
• If you choose to bring their own computers, please also back up your presentations (e.g., on a memory stick) in case of set-up difficulties.
• Remember that all talks will be limited to the amount of time shown in the program, including time to set up.

Poster

• Each board's usable space is 120 cm x 90 cm.
• Pushpins will be provided.
